ISSA Specific Nutrition

To engage in rigorous sports and exercise the appropriate caloric intake and nutritional ratios become a key factor. Obviously, weightlifters have different needs than soccer players and a serious fat loss client has different needs than a football player. I can teach you how to scientifically establish nutritional plans that work for a specific objective.

MUAY THAI

 

Muay Thai, it’s the national sport of Thailand, and one of the most effective stand-up fighting systems in the world. Practitioners of Muay Thai are incredibly fit and develop strong, athletic bodies. This system of martial arts uses powerful strikes with the hands, elbows, knees, and feet. This is why Muay Thai is known as “The Art of 8 Limbs.”

SPORTS NUTRITIONIST

A sports nutritionist is highly knowledgeable about the role of nutrients in energy production, muscle repair, and recovery, and they help athletes make informed choices regarding food selection, portion sizes, and timing of meals and snacks. They also educate athletes on the importance of hydration and provide recommendations for appropriate fluid intake during training and competition. Additionally, they guide students through physical conditioning exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. TIME AND STRESS MANAGEMENT

 

Time management and stress management are two key components to succeeding in life. I can help with creating a system to identify, evaluate, and eliminate distractors and stressors will lead to a more productive and efficient life, inside and outside of work.

CPR/AED

In case of an emergency, I'm certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) which is a device used to resuscitate patients.
